Bus departing from Sir Samuel Way Building in Adelaide at 2:15pm. Parking is available at the Currant Shed for those who'd like to drive separately. Dress code: formal garden party.
Reception
4:00 PM - The Currant Shed, 104 Ingoldby Road, McLaren Flat
Dinner and drinks provided. Return party buses departing the Currant Shed at 10:30pm, heading to downtown Adelaide.

our story
In June of 2020, Lauren had just finished law school and decided to head home to Anchorage, Alaska to study for the Bar Exam before going back to Washington, DC to start her new job. Ryan had recently taken a job at a remote gold mine three hours outside of Fairbanks, Alaska.
The odds that we would cross paths was less than slim. It only took a global pandemic and a little bit of help from modern technology (shout out Bumble) to bring us together.
Ryan was passing through Anchorage for a last minute fishing trip on his week off from work and looking to chat to anyone that wasn't an underground miner. Lauren was open to pretty much any excuse to take a break from studying and drink beer. One first tier date (at a fourth tier brewery, IYKYK) later - and the rest is history!
Since then, we have navigated an Alaska to DC bi-monthly commute (this was all Ryan, Lauren gets zero credit), two years of long distance, a grueling job and grad school program, and finally a big move to northern California.
We could not be more excited to spend the rest of our lives together, traveling to new places and spending time with the people we love.
Being from opposite sides of the world, we knew at least half of our friends and family would have to travel a long distance to celebrate with us. We hope to see you in Adelaide in March, but whether or not you can make it, we are just so honored to have you all in our lives!
